A LOOK BACK AT THE UNION CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN 2020

As we look back at 2020, it was a year of challenges and a true lesson in flexibility. Deemed essential workers at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the union construction industry quickly adapted to maintain the infrastructure of our communities in a safe manner. The partnership between our contractors and our tradesmen and women was the key to keeping essential services up and running for all Hoosiers. We took a moment to touch base with some of our industry leaders to reflect on the valuable asset our industry offers our communities when labor and management work in tandem.
