Top Notch Turns 50.
Top Notch is proud to kick off a year-long celebration marking the 50th Anniversary as a union construction labor-management partnership. This golden milestone will honor the half-century foundational success rooted in its unique model: the effective and enduring partnership between Indiana's skilled construction unions and their signatory contractor partners. This collaborative partnership has sustained Indiana's most critical projects providing an innovative and prosperous construction industry across the state.​

Throughout the year, the campaign will feature initiatives—from member spotlights and community-focused service projects to the rollout of an official 50th-anniversary identity—all designed to recognize the unwavering commitment of the unions and contractors of the Indiana Union Construction Industry who continue to build Indiana's future.

Photo submissions may be used in Top Notch social media or during Top Notch event presentations. By submitting photos and sharing information, you agree your images and stories may be used as part of our 50th anniversary celebration. Our content selection is an ongoing process. Photos submitted early will have priority consideration for use in the campaign!

50 Projects that Built Indiana:
The "50 Projects that Built Indiana" campaign highlights the historical significance of the union construction industry by tying our work directly to the state's economic and community development. Top Notch members are invited to submit construction projects for consideration. The final project list will be selected by the Top Notch Executive Committee and distributed via media release to regional and local media contacts. The deadline for project submission is April 10, 2026.
