Your Career in Construction Starts Here

The apprenticeship programs at the core of the Indiana Careers In Construction Association are the largest trainers of skilled workers in the construction industry in our state. Union apprentices receive approximately 2,000 hours of on-the-job education and a minimum of 216 hours of classroom instruction every year. In addition, first-year union apprentices earn approximately the same amount most college students pay for a year's tuition.   Tradesmen can earn $60,000 or more annually once they have completed an apprenticeship program.
