Michelle serves as the Executive Director of Top Notch and is responsible for the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan. Michelle is the lead representative of Top Notch to labor, signatory contractors, industry-related associations, users, owners and community organizations. In addition to selling Top Notch as the largest labor management association within the state, Michelle is also responsible for promoting partnership between labor and management throughout Indiana. Michelle has served as the Executive Director of Top Notch for more than 14 years and brings over 20 years of marketing and business development experience to the organization.

Linda provides all of the administrative support for the Indiana Union Construction Substance Abuse Trust (IUCSAT) and Top Notch. She manages all of the accounts payable and accounts receivable for all financial accounts governed by both organizations. Linda also provides administrative support to the Executive Director, including meeting planning, event planning, and industry data research.
